1. Vision and Mission

Vision: To meet the demand for animal meat from fish sources, alleviate poverty and increase export earnings.

Mission: To meet the nutritional needs of the country by increasing the sustainable production of fish and other aquatic resources including fish and shrimp and to increase export earnings.
